I created The Single Mama Academy when I realised that so many Newly Single Mamas were struggling with huge amounts of anxiety due to a combative co-parent, their finances and drowning under the weight of the 'Mental Load' all while trying to heal and be the best Mama she can be!
These Single Mamas would try to look for answers in Self-Help Books or ask for feedback in Facebook Divorce Groups, but they weren’t really getting the help they needed. I’ve studied this problem for over two years and have found the solution!
I became a Single Mama to my beautiful Twin Girls when they were just 2 and to say I was blindsided is an understatement! I spent so long trying to find the answers I needed to all of the problems that come along with Solo-Parenting & Post Separation Abuse and would often have to speak to multiple different authorities and groups to get only half of the answer that I needed.
This is why I set up The Single Mama Club and became a qualified Transformation Coach for Newly Single Mama's everywhere!
