I'm Katie! A Northern-Bred girl from the beautiful county of Northumberland. I have a heart of gold with a mouth like a sailor! Proud Twinmama to my IVF miracles and never planned to ever be a Single Mama!
I now see that the Universe was watching others do me and my girls dirty and needed to get us the HEEEELLLL outta there and onto bigger and better things!
My Story
I can't begin to describe how much I thanked my lucky stars for over 20 years of experience in the Childcare Industry when I found out that my IVF treatment worked and I was expecting my Twins! I knew I'd need every, little bit of knowledge to help me tackle Twinlife and everything it was going to throw at me!
(Side Note: Those 20+ years still didn't help me with the Newborn stage... that shit was BRUTAL!)

My entire life I've been drawn to helping others. Helping them to learn from my mistakes and my own lessons and The Single Mama Club is the most beautiful combination of ALL of my skills, knowledge and life lessons and one that I cannot WAIT to share with you!
Becoming a Single Mama is Savage. The entire process is a never-ending spiral of sh*t, in my humble opinion! Add in the fact that you can't get ANY straight answers from anyone, a co-parent who is constantly trying to undermine and sabotage you, trying be the best parent and desperately wanting to heal your broken heart and you've got yourself the makings of a perfect storm whilst dealing with the most responsibility you've ever had in your life!
